Package query

Afternoon,

I am considering adding BT TV to my existing package but have a question.

If I go to the BT website and login and navigate to the "ADD TV" part of the website I am told that I can get Classic, Entertainment or Max HD packages for my account and line.

If I go into my billing area and click upgrade  my account and then TV I am presented with the options of Essential, Entertainment, Max HD and Max 4K.

The prices on the latter offerings are cheaper than the former.

My line is a stable 55Mb as I am on Superfast Fibre 1 with a max speed for my line shown as 69Mb on the DSL checker.

Why the differences between package titles and offerings?

It was moved onto the board that deals with issues in relation to billing and packages. As you would appear to be asking about adding something to your package and requesting the diffrence between packages it would be the correct board.

Ok, having looked at the other queries in relation to packages on the tv board I believed that was the best board. I personally don’t think it deserves moving but I shall await any responses as now the title is vague for this general forum.

Hi, comparison of the packages are here.

It is normal to get differing prices for the same packages on the BT Website.
