Package says get free echo but stating deal ended

New to BT ordered broadband package stating free echo checked again says offer ended ?

It would seem to be valid.

Did you order on or after 27th November? What package did you order?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.

When did you place your order and has your service gone active?

Once the service has been activated you'll received your voucher in 14 days. You can find more information in the link posted by @Keith_Beddoe.
