As of late last night my internet has been suspended and on my account it's saying I owe over 2x the amount my bill is? I have been paying on the 15-17th every month, other than one month of which I had paid the overdue charge. This has happened two times already and I am getting extremely frustrated that this issue is a regular occurrence with BT. The live chats are offline, and I can barely get a connection due to the fact mobile data is limited where I am located. Is there anything that can be done on here? I have proof of bank transaction logs and I would like my service reinstated ASAP as I rely on my connection for work.
