Paid my bill for this month, earlier this month, but it's still saying my balance is outstanding and when i go to see what happens when i pay it shows me a different amount altogether.
Is this a common issue ? I haven't had a loss of service or any mail demanding payment and its beint over 3 weeks.

I did try before hand but couldn't reach anyone and they are now closed. Was just seeing if anyone else has had this issue? It says my next bill date is 28th of August.
My usage is no different so will just pay when its usually due.

BT don't amend bills once posted, even after a payment has been made. Your July payment will show on the next bill and be accounted for in the August balance..
