I've received this email a couple of times now

You won't be able to see your bill until you've activated your BT ID. We're not sending you bills in the post anymore, so it's important that you can see them online.

Now apart from it being so abrupt and final in its sense.....I don't want to go to only online billing as my wife does not use computers and so I and she wants a paper bill!
How do I arrange this....I'm loath just to phone them because my experience of BT's telephone customer care has been terrible!!
