No longer able to use my Kaspersky Password Manager to log in to my BT account. Accepts user name then PW box turns red using the correct password. Manual entry works ok.
If entering the password manually works it would appear to be a problem with the Kaspersky Password Manager program and not with your BT password/account.
Could be but was working ok however have gone back to the old access 'https://home.bt.com/login/loginform' which works ok with the password manager. as opposed to 'https://home.bt.com/login/loginform?TYPE=33554433&REALMOID=06-f1aca0f0-9277-1028-a2aa-843bdb4e0000&G... which has the Access all your Devices.... splash page.
