Payment billing date I want not shown

Hi all, 

 

I was wondering if anyone is able to help. I want to change my billing date for my direct debit for my BT Broadband but the date that I want to change to isnt shown as an option on the website. It only allows from 2nd to 15th. 

Does anyone know why this is and how I can change to later than the 15th?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post.

If you call Customer Services on 0800 800 150 they may be able to change it past the 15th for you.
