How to Get and Use a BT Payment Card

• Order a card: Call BT customer service at 0330 123 4150 and have your account number ready.
• Make a payment: Take your physical bill and bar-coded payment slip along with your payment card to a local PayPoint store or Post Office to scan and pay your balance.
• Part payments: You can make partial payments toward your balance as long as the full amount is settled by the date listed on your bill.
• Keep receipts: Always keep your payment receipts as proof of transaction.
