Pending Top Cashback

Hi,

I have a Top Cashback claim from 04/10/18 which is still showing as pending. Would a mod be able to provide support to get this moving.

Thanks for the reply. I haven't as I can only raise it with TopCashBack if it hasn't tracked, which it has.

@NathanB pending means it's tracked but not approved, you'll need to contact Topcashback first and ask about the delay. Post back and let us know how you get on.

Hi Neil,

I've heard back from TopCashback, they sent me a general message stating that as the cashback has not yet reached payable they'll already be looking into it. This isn't very helpful as I have no idea if the delay sits with BT or TopCashback. I've read in other posts on the forum that the cashback has to be approved by a team at BT. Could this be the case?
