Hi, I have a pending order for BT tv to be activated at my mums house. She should have received the BT tv box and had the service activated on 1st April however the order is still showing as pending and nothing has arrived. Is there any way to find out the status of the order without phoning? Probably wouldn’t get through anyway but don’t want to tie up the phone lines. I have a very impatient pensioner waiting for a delivery! Thanks for any advice. Have also tried twitter but no reply and online chat is not available.
I had the same problem phoned but no reply but left it a week and items have been despatched a week later due to the covd-19 problems so you need to give it some time
