Pending order

I have a pending order sitting on my account since August 31st. The order was labelled as "BTTV Regrade" which was actioned immediately upon ordering. Unfortunately the pending order hasn't been updated which means I'm unable to access offers etc from the BT site. Anything I can do to get this cleared?
