Tried that, completely clueless on how to rectify. Somewhere in the system, they have this unchanged or someone is manually typing this in when they generate the bill.
I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are very busy at present and this would not appear to be a very urgent matter so it may take them some time to re-contact you after their initial contact. They will do this by posting on this thread.
Hi Madge2020, welcome to the community and thanks for posting if you've spoken to 150 and they've made the change to your name it will be reflected on your future bills. Any online bills that were produced before the update will still show Mrs and this can't be updated. I'm sorry if this wasn't explained when you were speaking to the billing team.
