Personalised deals not working

Hi,

We are unable to access our personalised deals online. Keep getting a message saying we owe money on the account despite the fact we don't!

Any help appreciated 🙂

Hi @kencar, sorry you can't view your personalised offers online. It would be best to call in on 0800 800 150 and our sales team will be able to help you with new deals and see why you are getting this error.
