We have received our latest bill but due to Covid 19 are unable to make payment 

We would appreciate it if we could pay at the end of April or pay half next week and the rest at the end of April

BT are not restricting or disconnecting people for late payment until June.

Bt have said you can extend payment until june without being cut off
