Placed an order and no confirmation email

I placed a BT order on sunday and I have not received a confirmation email, i tried calling the helpline but have been on hold for 40 minutes please help me

Hi @MorganRhianna welcome to the forum and sorry you did not receive an order confirmation. You should receive this within minutes of your order been placed. If you still have not received confirmation please call in and our customer services team will be able to check on your order.

i called the customer service team and had it resolved thank you
