Please help

Can someone please help us. My son's wife left him on April 27th, the account was dealt with by her and he has no paperwork to go by. Obviously, whilst he is living in the property, until he leaves, he will be responsible for all bills from that date. If he has no account details, what can he do? We are in such a mess, thank you

Is he or his wife the account holder?

If she is the account holder she is responsible for the bills regardless if she is not living in the property.

If he is the account holder he should call BT 0800.800.150 and ask for the billing team. They should be able to trace his account via his landline number and address and after answering a few security questions they should be able to help him
