I am the treausrer of a church and we are having multiple issues with our attempts to order Infinity 2
As with many such institutions we have a billing address (Me) and a Service address (the Church)
Main Problem appears to be with the billing address and a three way missmatch between BT, Openreach and the PAF(Postal Address File)
Due to this We cannot order Infinity 2

I also have postcode and other issues that fail resoloution on a call to cs
so before i resort to a chairmans office complaint
Can one of the mods provide me with a contact the mods link
However be warned its a really complex problem
even though all i want is infinty 2 for a church
Churches are classed as businesses by BT so you will need to post on the BT Business forum, as the mods on this residential forum cannot help
PS its Openreach that maintain the database, so you will have to ask BT Business to contact Openreach to get the details corrected.

The current Service is BT Basic ( A BT Res Product)
The Address comes from the Post Office PAF that is then downloaded by BT and Openreach
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
