I signed up to fibre 2 via broadband genie with a pre paid MasterCard offer - I have logged in but my account is showing as no valid reward to claim? I cannot remember the value but it was at least £100 and I put my order through on the last day of the offer - 1st November and my activation date was 16th November. Can someone look into this for me please as it was one of the reasons I chose BT my provider!
