I was filling up a request to become a new customer, and the service checker, I got availability for Fibre Essential and/or Fibre 1, with speeds of 35 Mb - 36 Mb and 38 Mb - 50 Mb respectively, and Stay Fast Guarantee for both of 32 Mb. I chose the Fibre 1 pack, and proceeded to checkout where all of a sudden I get predicted speed of 25 Mb - 27 Mb, and and Stay Fast Guarantee of 22 Mb. If I try with the cheaper pack, Fibre Essential, I get the exact same speeds with a lower price. Either way, I am interested in speeds above the 35 Mb.
Any ideas why this difference in speeds from the broadband checker to the checkout?

The address checker isn't as accurate as the number checker, but those results would indicate that you shouldn't have any problem getting the full 55/10 speeds with Fibre 1
not as accurate as having a phone number but does give good indication of expected connection speed
range 65/45 mb down and 15/10mb up with 40mb handback speed
