I ordered BT landline and fibre broadband via Uswitch, it was activated on (I think) the 13th Feb but I did not realise you need to apply for the cashback cheque and the prepaid £125 MasterCard until the 23rd March when I applied for them right away. I had confirmation that both items were dispatched on the 3rd April, and sure enough the cheque arrived a few days later, but there is no sign of the MasterCard over two weeks later. I have looked at the FAQs but the email address to contact BT on regarding this, is not a valid email address. I would like this looked into so I can receive it.
It says on the rewards site 30 days from ordering and allow 20 days from dispatch for delivery. Tomorrow will be 20 days from dispatch, and it will have been 31 days from ordering it. So yes it should be taken up with the rewards team. Thanks. I have a screenshot of the page saying this but it will not let me post it here.
