My question to user RobbieMac is whether the prepaid MasterCard has actually been sent since it is now long overdue.
had terrible problems getting the BT package sorted and it’s still not 100%. Was assured some weeks ago the card had been sent out but still no sign of it.
It should be added BT managed to cancel my order in error then re order it with completely the wrong package and not fibre. This was ordered before 20th June, so three months on there should be no reason why everything isn’t resolved.
I shouldn’t have to duplicate what has already been done! Robbie at Inniskillin fully up to speed as is Sean Donnelly.
I did not see any other posts from you on this forum, before today?

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Its likely to take a few day for them to deal. I assume you cannot claim the reward card yourself?
Robbie and Sean became involved following contact made by a close friend. Because order cancelled in error Robbie took control of ensuring the rewards team sent the card to me and it was confirmed weeks ago that it had been processed and sent.
