Price Increase Email

Hi,

Has anyone else not had their price increase email yet? I joined last May and never got the email about the July increase that year either.

Re: Price Increase Email

I think you can take it as read that you will be subject to the price rises regardless of whether or not you get an email.

If you want to cancel you have to contact BT and tell them that you want to cancel because of the price rise. Call 0800.800.030

Re: Price Increase Email

My email hadn't arrived so I rang them and was told 'we emailed you on 2nd Feb'.  I had not received it so asked them to send it again.  They tried and failed (a problem with the email address?) so they are printing and posting it.

Suggest that if you haven't received yours then ring them on 0800 800 030
