Price Increase - No Email Received

Question

I've not yet received an email for the September increase.

Are these emails phased or is it a case that if I don't receive an email that my price won't be increased?

I'm about 11 months into a 18 month contract.

The rise will affect you. Yes, they are phased. No harm in calling though as there is always a chance it's lost in the post..

did you check your primary BT email address?  also spam/junk

I’ve already checked what my price increase is going to be by entering my account number and phone number on:
http://www.bt.com/myprices

So as I’ve also not received the price notification as yet I did call BT to check if it’s gone missing and they said that it hadn't been sent out yet and I’d have to wait until I received it to take any further action.

So, it’s just a waiting game.
