Can't understand being notified of an increase in price 11 months in advance, normaly 1 month notice, is there something special in your case?

Or worse still have you got a Spam e-mail.

Re: Price Increase

InterestingI got no increase in January for broadband, I'm on upto 52 Mbs, only calls.

Also no mention of what broadband will be next September when contract ends.

See how your prices are changing

On 7 January 2018 your monthly price will increase by:

Unlimited Anytime Calls Add-on    £0.51

If you've got other services that aren't showing here, don't worry. It means those prices aren't changing.

Your increase is on 7th Jan (£2.50). It's your discount that ends in November.

Yes this is what I meant sorry for the confusion.
So my question is, when the discount expires will I have the option of downgrading to infinity 1?

Yes, if that's when your contract ends.
