Usually towards the end of the year so you should be safe for some months, but who knows?

Ok thanks I was hoping it was sooner rather than later to use the 30 days notice get out clause. Not to worries though contract end on 27th september.

Hey @adamrr8965,

Do you have any problems with your services or need any help?

I don't want you being unhappy until September, especially if it's something that I can help you with.

Thanks

DanielS

@DanielS

Hi we don't have any problems apart from the fact we are on standard broadband with BT and a local rival company KC has just gone live with their FTTH in our village. Got a cancellation fee from BT and its a huge at £288.

So will just run Bt alongside KC until the end of the contract, then close it.

Thanks for your help though.

You are more than welcome @adamrr8965.

I'm sorry we don't have faster speeds available for you yet.

It's worth checking this link to see what speeds we have available.

Thanks
