Price increase, not being notified via email

For the second time I have not been notified of price increases. I took BT to the comminications Ombudsman the first time and won after going to deadlock. This seen my bill halfed for me to stay with BT.

Why again are they claiming to have sent a ghost email which I never recieve? The chances of this happening twice is utter nonsense. You clearly are not sending any email so you can escape the 30 day get out of jail card.

Re: Price increase, not being notified via email

Hi Mark, how did you go about doing this?

i have exactly the same problem, i only knew about the price increase when i logged into my account to look at switching so i rang them to find out i needed to let them know 30 days from recieving an email that i didnt get.

i'm at deadlock now and waiting for a managers call.

Kind regards

Daniel
