I am in month 4 of 24 month Broadband contract and the price has gone up by £8. In April’s bill. Please contact me as understood price remained same for 24 months.

is it possible you had something free for first 3 months? check you bill detail in MYBT to see what has caused the increase you can phone BT on 150 then billing but be prepared for long wait
Ah ok, saw other billing queries & assumed was being monitored by BT agents. Will see if can get in touch, t&cs clearly state price for 24 months, any inflationary increases would be minimal so assume error. Thanks anyway
