I had a new BT service activated at the end of October. When ordering it was advertised that I would receive the Amazon Prime reward. To this date, I have received no communication regarding this benefit, can someone advise how I chase this up and where?

Nothing in spam. I have received all other emails from BT okay, including the reward gift card emails.
