I'm trying to claim a BT Reward Card after signing up for BT Infinity 1 but the My Rewards page says I am ineligble. I ordered via BT.com and the service has been up and running now for just under 2 weeks.
When I originally placed the order I had a house move in progress with my previous broadband supplier, however I checked with a BT rep via online chat and was told it would be fine to go ahead and order even with the house move going on. After successfully placing the order it was subsequently cancelled by BT and a new order placed on my behalf, perhaps because the new service could not be provisioned until the house move had completed. I don't know if it's the case but I'd hazard a guess that's why the My Rewards page says I'm ineligible.
How do I go about taking this further? I've filled out the email form but after a little over a week haven't had any response.
