Thank you for taking my call today. I can confirm that the BT Reward Card has been claimed and you'll receive this in the next 30 days.
With regards to your Broadband connection, I did a few changes and I can confirm that your now getting around 70 Mbps. The connection also look good and stable with no drop outs over the last 30 hours.
