Problem claiming my BT REWARD card

reward card.PNGHi,

Every time I try and process my REWARD card and click on the Claim I get an error message that it can't be processed at the moment - try again later.

What do i need to do next?

Welcome to this user forum.

When did you place your order, and when was your service activated?

Was it for a broadband package or a mobile one?

Did you place the order online via bt.com?

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Ordered on the 5th Dec.

Activated on 20th Dec.

Ordered over the phone as it wouldn't allow me to do it online so when it was ordered that was to be reflected in the order when placed and the rewarrd card was to apply.

Did the sales agent promise that you would get the reward card?

Its normally only available for orders placed online.

HI,

Yes they did promise the online rewards including the echo, (after checking with their manager) this was due to it not being my fault that i couldnt get it ordered online. Believe me I tried often enough.

Hi @KEVK thanks for sending over your details, I'm sorry about the problems you've had claiming your reward card.

I've raised this with our reward card team as I'm getting the same error message as you when I tried to process the claim for you. It usually takes them a few working days to reply and as soon as I get an update from them I'll get back in touch with you.

Thanks, that seems to be getting processed now. Just wondering if that also means I'll receive the echo email in the next few days or do I need to request it as well?
