Hi @KEVK sorry about the delay replying. No I'm afraid that I'll have to raise the missing Echo separately as its a different claims process. I've done this for you this morning and it can take between 2 and 10 days for the gift team to respond.

Hi @KEVK the gift team have approved the Echo claim and sent it through to the BT shop to get that posted out to you. Can you post back to let me know if you're happy that's everything sorted now?

Thanks. Saw the emails on the echo and card being authorized. Just waiting for delivery.
