Problem claiming reward card

Same problem here. Multiple messages encouraging me to claim my reward card, but I can’t. Like others, I seem to have more than one account associated with my ID. Help, please! Thanks.

I am facing the same issue, not sure how to claim my reward. Tried on multiple occasions to claim from the link sent in the email but still having trouble. Had two accounts linked with my email account. Please help! Thanks
