i have ordered the BT Fibre on the 18th of December with the link leaded me to the order which was the prepaid 100 pounds.
After several calls and complain to customer service i found out by customer service that i won't get it at all because "system cant see that I'm not eligible " regardless i paid attention that the deal was there and i went through provided link and did in time of promotion.
not sure if any one would be available to help here, I'm really screwed against system now ?

If yo did, then these dates would be eligible.
From 13.12.19 until 23.12.19 new to BT customers are eligible for a £60 Reward Card when ordering a Broadband Unlimited Package, £60 Reward Card when ordering a Superfast Fibre Essential Package, £80 Reward Card when ordering a Superfast Fibre Package, £110 Reward Card when ordering a Superfast Fibre 2 Unlimited, and a £110 Reward Card when ordering an Ultrafast Fibre 100 or 250 Package. Existing BT Broadband customers upgrading their BT broadband or those adding just BT TV are excluded
Yes I placed online
and ticket the eligible one
but they can’t see it
That seems a bid odd that the helpdesk cannot see it, but is does seem to happen, usually if an order is amended for some reason. There have also bee issues with offers advertised on Uswitch which do not match the BT promotions.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
