Problem with free gift received when I moved to BT in 2019

When I moved my broadband and land line to BT in 2019, I was pffered a free gift (July 2019). I chose a Fitbit Charge 3.

Unfortunately the watch has developed a fault. Can you advise what action I should take to obtain a replacement under warranty

You would need to contact the BT Shop, as they were the seller. They should have a process to deal with repairs or replacements.
