Problem with my bills

Just phoned bt for billing enquiries, HOPELESS! I asked them why I've been charged £30 more over 3 months than what I should've been charged

No. On the bill it says its bt sports. But I got the sports free in the package

@leightoncourt If you get BT sport free the normal itemised cost is shown on the bill and then it should be credited back. Are the credits not showing on your bills?

I've had problems right from the start. But from the start of the contract 3 months ago I've paid £30 more than I should.
