Hi @Linsey73 The email team have made some changes and you should be able to set up Premium Mail now. Please can you try and let me know how you get on.
I'll sort out the Virus Protect once the Premium Mail account is set up.

Hi @Linsey73 the Premium Mail account is now set up. Have you been able to add it to your existing BTID or create a new BTID so you can access the bills and set up the direct debit?

Hi John,
The mail appears to be all ok, but can’t seem to set up the DD yet-I’ve been able to use the same BTID for my account and can log onto my husband’s email as well but using his BTID, presumably they are linked still? I’ll try again with the DD and let you know!!
Hi @Linsey73 thanks for posting back. I've checked the steps to add another account to the BTID on mine.
Log in to BTID
Click on Settings
Then click on Account
Scroll down and the option to add account will be available and you can input the Premium Mail account number. Once this is done you should then be able to set up the direct debit.
