We were offered Amazon echo with our broadband contract. We were told that we will receive an email after 14 days of start date of contract which was 22 May but till date no show. Whenever we call we get a different answers from call center. Sometime watch for the email with a voucher and sometime you will get to your address in 28 days.
Now with no consistency from call center I am just thinking that they are passing time to reach end of the period when I can't claim it anymore.
Can someone please help to deal this?

Sorry that you haven't received the email with your code to claim for the free gift. You're right, you should have received an email after 14 days following activation.
