Promised one price, billed another.

Does any one know of an email address I can send an emai to as my problem is quite long winded.
I also keep getting passed around on the phone.
I was told I would be billed a certain amount for Bb as Bt cannot meet the minimum speed requirements but I have been charged full price. I need to get it sorted before the next bill as I will be paying 3 times as much.
Any help here will be appreciated.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I'm sorry that you were billed more than what was previously agreed.  We are extremely busy at the moment and it would take us a few days to get back to you.  Why not try the billing live chat team to see if they can get you sorted today?
