Yes I've tried that the little box that you need to untick it makes no difference.
You have to tick the box to select the ones you want to remove, then select the options menu to remove the ticked subscriptions.
@RobbieMac Thanks for the follow up. No the card has not arrived. I received an acknowledgement to my chaser email saying :
"Thank you for your email.
I will need to send a request for further investigation before we’re able to send a replacement visa card.
This can take up to 10 working days, however we will contact you again at the very earliest opportunity with the outcome.
Thank you for your patience while we investigate this for you."
This seems to suggest that a card has been sent and simply gone astray but I am not convinced that is the case.
If you are able to resolve more quickly I would appreciate it.
