Purecard

I have been trying to activate the card issued for three days and also spoken to Customer Services, who inform me there is a technical issue, for 3 days? Can you please advise or enquire as to when the problem will be resolved.

This is not something the community can help with, so I have asked on of the moderators to pop by and offer some advice. They are fairly busy so it may take them a while so please keep checking back. In the mean time if you do manage to activate the card, please let us know.

Hi @Lorrie,

I'm sorry to hear that the card hasn't been activated yet. When you say you spoke with our Customer Services, did you mean with BT? For Purecard you need to speak  directly with Purecard. You can find their contact details at "Purecard".

It was Purecard customer services. I am asking BT as they supplied me with the card and therefore BT should assist with finding out what the technical issues are with activating the card.

They have been appointed to act on our behalf for any issues with the Purecard.

We'll be able to get in touch with another team who can reach out to Purecard. Beforehand, have you tried the following page "Resend activation code"?

Yes pure have also 're sent the activation code. This is not acceptable.

If you look on their home page they have the Technical statement informing us they are trying hard to resolve the issue,, but this as I say has been ongoing since Saturday. Surley ths is more than a technical issue? Is this a delay tatic not to access the monies.
