Hi @habib123 I called earlier and left a brief message on your voice mail. Just to confirm the cashback has been processed and should be in your cashback account once Quidco do their next payment run which should be after the end of the month.
Please check and post back in September to let us know you have received it or I can chase it again if it has still not arrived with you.
I'm sorry to hear your cashback has been declined. In order for us to investigate this further for you is it possible for you to obtain written confirmation from BT Broadband including a reference for us to locate this payment sent to us, please?

I use quidco quite often and had BT products cashback credited in no time in the past. Do not understand the reason why this was declined in the first place and why is it taking so long.
Just wanted to say thank you for sorting it out.
Cashback finally paid
