Question about finall bill

So, I got couple days ago "final bill" and there is something I don't understand.

I called to bt on 25/10/2018, to cancel my contract on 30/11/2018 (my contract was ending on this date, I dont want to use loyality offer)

And I got confirmation email as well:

 
We're sorry to hear your news, but thanks for letting us know.
What's happening
We'll stop your:
  • phone line on 30 Nov 2018
  • broadband on 30 Nov 2018

 

And this service will also stop:
  • Unlimited Weekend Calls

 

and as for me here the adventure with bt should end. But I got this final bill saying I need to pay

Broadband and Calls W1 Dec-4 Jan 19 £ 59.94

But why? I already paid in advance for november, and broadband was turned off 30/11/2018, so why I need to pay for December and part of January?

Hi, nope - I already have read that.

If you tell us on 1 November that you want to stop your service on 30 November:

I'm guessing that's my example!

  • You're giving the required 30-day notice period, and will continue using the service until it ends.

Done, more than 30 days.

  • You won't be charged for any period after 30 November.

 But I'm!

  • You should receive your final bill by 10 December (within 10 days of the stop date).

 On the bill date is 13 Dec 2018, so more than 10 days?

Still, question is "live"

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
