Hi @PaddyB, Thank you for your response. I did speak to a BT agent online. I did explain that the comment about Additional Charges was worded with confusion. The £2.12 is not the landline increase but the plan that I have in place is the Unlimited Call Plan which means I pay for mobile calls that I have made. The wording also states calls made over an hour. The sentence is worded with such confusion, landline info, calls made over an hour. Anyway, I will check the link that you posted.
