I’m hoping someone can help me resolve an issue with a Quidco cashback claim for my BT Broadband order which has been just rejected by BT please. The reason appears to be down to the fact that BT added a new order to my original order and then cancelled the original order. The error was at the BT end and yet they seem to be using this error to deny my cashback claim. I signed up via Quidco and this is shown via my Quidco statement. I have tried to resolve this with Quidco but they have directed me to BT. I would be grateful if anyone can offer any advice/help that would enable me to obtain my legitimate cashback.
