My cashback tracked successfully on the 11/05/17 when ordering BT infinity, however Quidco keep pushing back the estimated payout date (stuck at "Retailer decision").
The original estimated payout date was in June, then July 21st & it has now been changed again to September 21st.
Is it BT who are delaying the cashback?
I have the order details, purchase id etc, if this will help in speeding up the process.

Prior to posting my message here, I contacted Quidco again & they have now confirmed the casback.
The problem has been resolved.
