Quidco have recently declined my cashback for new customer BT broadband and phone deal. The quidco tracked at £100 but was declined. I called BT who said they could see no reason for it being declined at their end but Quidco say it was BT who declined it? Sevice was installed on 4th December. Ref begins VOL013... and my BT order ref begins AJMAA. This is my first purchase via Quidco. can anyone tell me why this was declined or where to go/who i should contact re this...don't want to lose out on £100 cashback.
