Hi @waddis25  sorry to hear that you have still not received the cashback. I've been in touch with the promotions team and they have escalated this with Quidco. Please keep an eye on your cashback balance and I'll update you as soon as I can.

Hi @waddis25  The promotions team have got back to me and told me that this has been escalated with Quidco and should be resolved within 72 hrs. Please can you check on your cashback account and let me know that you have received it ok this time.
