Quidco cashback declined

Hi I've had my cashback declined
Not very happy selected the option of broadband and phone then added on a SIM card totally separate was all tracked just for broadband and phone line £110
Week later needed to cancel the sim
Can this be looked into ??not happy 😞

Hi @Atkinson75 sorry you have not received your cashback. 

There are a few reasons cashback can be declined.
Is your telephone line and broadband active now?
Does your order ref start AJM?
Have you raised a Declined Cashback Claim with Quidco?

Hi it's been live for 2 weeks phone and broadband
Where do I find this ref ??

Order no started gb and I've got Ev thing that I clicked on to get that cashback through quidco

The gb ref you mention looks like your account number. As you are having difficulty finding your order ref drop us over your details and we will be happy to check on this for you. You can contact us by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.

Hi @Atkinson75 I called earlier and left a brief message. 

I've forwarded your order details to our promotions team to check for cashback. They normally take 2-3 working days to get back to us and once I have an update from them I'll be back in touch.
