I'm hoping someone on this forum can help as, while it tracked as normal, I've had my Quidco cashback declined as well as the subsequent cashback claim that was raised for the Superfast Fibre Unlimited and Phone package, that I am using this very second. Having been in touch with Quidco support, the reason provided by BT for declining was that the order was cancelled or returned, patently not the case. I've already received the BT reward card for successful completion of the order, which just adds to the frustration.

I've asked one of the moderation team to pop and have a chat, they maybe able to offer some advice or check with the promotions team why it was declined as you have already tried quidco support.
